The aim was to study the correlation between level of HbA1c degree sensorineural loss. Methods: It a cross sectional carried on 130 known cases T2DM, aged 25-50 years. Various confounding factors such as coexisting hypertension, ear disease, ototoxic drug intake, any neuropathic disorder excluded advance. Among (72 out 130) having impairment, significant (p-value 0.035 for right 0.029 left ear) threshold found. Also, significantly 0.049) Conclusions: Hearing complication T2DM. needs be addressed periodic assessment patients.
